ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — Two men were taken into custody Monday in Elizabeth City following separate incidents involving firearms and narcotics, according to local authorities. The arrests are part of ongoing investigations, and police say additional details may be released as the cases develop.
Officers identified the individuals as 19-year-old Jalen Spellman and 20-year-old Donnell Beasley Jr. Both were transported to the Albemarle District Jail after their arrests.
